Are you looking to establish some healthy habits for the mind, body, and spirit in the new year? A steady yoga practice will help you build strength, flexibility, balance, focus and inner peace we all need. The Trybe Beginner Yoga Series is perfect for absolute beginners and anyone looking to strengthen the foundation of their existing yoga practice.
Each week will introduce a new series of yoga poses, teach the fundamentals of healthy and safe alignment, and connect poses and breath in moving meditation. All classes conclude with blissful relaxation and seated meditation.
The course will build progressively on lessons learned in previous weeks and will prepare you to step confidently into any of our classes.
